I've been plant-based for 3 years.
I have a BSc degree in Sport Science and I have further education courses in nutrition, sports nutrition, movement based resistance and more in addition to my Personal Training qualification, that I have held for over 10 years.
I have a small group of VIP online coaching clients that I have been running for over a year now. My focus with them is delivering fantastic results from anywhere in the world.

The VIP group coaching package includes 3-5 exercise routines a week, updating them every week, a bespoke nutritional plan, daily accountability messages and a one-to-one chat on the phone every weekend to discuss their progress.
My focus is on helping people to improve their body, habits and health long-term, whilst still producing incredible short-term results.

Another form of support I've developed recently was born out of the COVID19 lockdown was imposed. I began doing LIVE workouts on Zoom 3 x a week.
These high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes consist of a 10min warm up routine and stretch, 2 HIIT workouts and a 10 mins yoga and relaxation to finish.
